Olen Properties is headquartered in Newport Beach, California and mostly owns commercial properties in Orange County and in Nevada.  It also owns thousands of units of residential property.


In December 2007 , he pleaded guilty to tax evasion in offshore haven in the amount of $200 Million  and paid  a fine of $52 Million

He was never sent to jail, but has remained secretive since.
