E.g. Look  at the difference between FoxConn and FaceBook

FoxConn is the world's largest outsourcing manufacturer and employs 1.3 Million works (looking very regimanted) 
 

In Contract FaceBook only hired a bundle of free , fun-loving and relaxed employees

Microsoft is famous for hiring a bundle of hippies, nerds and geeks in the early 1970s and built a global empire, easily defeating the suit and tie IBMers.
