So, it must be extremely difficult to make a huge fortune in Israel 

In spite of that, Israel has the second highest density of selfmade billionaires in the world

For every million population, there are more than 2 selfmade billionaires
Hong Kong has the highest proportion of selfmade billionaires, about 5 per million population

United States ranks third, with about 1.1 selfmade billionaire per million population
